eQuality makes the transition from your existing website to our online catalog as smooth as possible for you and your company. Our trained staff is experienced and able to handle the process of transition, saving you the worry and hassle of switching your website.

How much do you charge to set up my new website?  (back to top)

eQuality does not charge ANY fees for setup of your new website. Once you make the decision to join with eQuality Internet, you simply pay the monthly fee, and we will get your web site set up within 10 working days.

When I get my website, how much does training cost?  (back to top)

eQuality does not charge for training. Once your website is activated online, our customer training specialist will call you to schedule training. This training is ABSOLUTELY FREE. After training is complete, we offer FREE support to answer any questions you may have about your website. Not only that, but we also give you, the administrator, access to our online Manual to find answers to any  common questions you may have.

What kind of customer service can I expect from eQuality?

This is for purchasing agents or managers that need to approve employee purchases before you fill them. Absolutely. eQuality will gladly link to another site for you from your online catalog. Once training for your website is complete, just let our customer service representative know and we'll be happy to help you.

Can I put my own unique products into the eQuality catalog? (back to top)

Yes. Part of training you to use your website includes how to integrate your unique items with our online catalog.
